Public Catalog

Scheme is visible to everyone on s-ilc.com, even unregistered visitors. Any laboratory can submit an application. Coordinator can enable auto-approval or moderate applications manually.

Use case: Best for open national proficiency testing programs and gathering participants from the market.

Members Only

members_only

Scheme is visible to all registered S-ILC users. Application submission, coordinator approves.

Use case: For closed programs within a community of subscribers (e.g., accredited laboratories).

Invitation Only

Scheme is hidden from the catalog. Available only to those explicitly invited by the coordinator via email.

Use case: For closed regular rounds among a permanent circle of participants.

External Invite

external_invite

Coordinator can invite laboratories not yet registered on S-ILC. The system automatically creates a guest account, generates a temporary password, and returns a credentials packet to the coordinator. Optionally sends email directly.

Use case: For inviting foreign laboratories that don't have time to register themselves.

Combined

Public catalog + ability to use external invitations. Flexible mode for maximum coverage.

Use case: For large international rounds where some participants come from the catalog and others by direct invitation.
