Everything You Need to Run PT/ILC

From scheme creation to certificate issuance — one platform for the complete interlaboratory comparison cycle.

ISO 17043 Compliance

Full compliance with ISO 17043:2023, ISO 13528:2022, and EA 4/21 INF:2018. Workflow, statistics, and reports — all per standard.

Statistical Analysis

Algorithm A for robust statistics, Z-score, En-number, ζ-score. Automatic outlier detection via Grubbs test.

Reports & Certificates

Automatic generation of full reports, individual participant reports, and participation certificates in PDF format.

Participant Management

Lab invitations, anonymous codes, result collection, deadline tracking. Confidentiality per ISO 17043.

Public Board

Open PT/ILC schemes visible to all laboratories. Easy search and online application for participation.

Bilingual Support

Interface and reports in Ukrainian and English. Convenient for international comparison programs.

How It Works

Four simple steps from scheme creation to results.

1

Create a Scheme

Define the test item, method, evaluation parameters, and deadlines. Customize report branding.

2

Invite Participants

Send invitations to laboratories or publish the scheme on the board. Each participant receives an anonymous code.

3

Collect Results

Participants enter measurement results and uncertainty through a user-friendly form. Automatic deadline control.

4

Get Reports

The system calculates Z-score / En-number, detects outliers, generates PDF reports and participant certificates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about the platform and interlaboratory comparisons.

What are interlaboratory comparisons (ILC)?
Interlaboratory comparisons (ILC) involve the organization, performance, and evaluation of measurements or tests on the same item by multiple laboratories. It is a key tool for quality control and demonstrating laboratory competence per ISO/IEC 17025.
What is ISO 17043:2023?
ISO 17043:2023 is an international standard specifying requirements for the competence of proficiency testing (PT/ILC) providers. The S-ILC platform is fully compliant with this standard.
How is Z-score calculated?
Z-score = (x - X_ref) / σ_pt, where x is the laboratory result, X_ref is the assigned value, and σ_pt is the standard deviation for proficiency assessment. |Z| ≤ 2.0 — satisfactory, 2.0 < |Z| < 3.0 — questionable, |Z| ≥ 3.0 — unsatisfactory.
What is the En-number and when is it used?
The En-number is used in calibration comparisons when measurement uncertainties are known. En = (x_lab - x_ref) / √(U_lab² + U_ref²). |En| ≤ 1.0 — satisfactory. Defined in EA 4/21 INF:2018.
How is result confidentiality ensured?
Each participant receives an anonymous code (Lab 01, Lab 02, etc.). Other participants' results are not accessible until the coordinator publishes the evaluation. All actions are logged in an audit trail.
Can ILC be used for accreditation?
Yes. The platform complies with ISO 17043:2023 and EA 4/21, which are mandatory for proficiency testing programs in accreditation systems of NAAU, DAkkS, UKAS, and other EA/ILAC members.
What report formats are supported?
The platform generates four types of PDF documents: full scheme report (per ISO 17043 §7.7), individual participant report, participation certificate, and satisfactory result confirmation.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan allows up to 2 schemes per year with a maximum of 10 participants. This is sufficient for getting familiar with the platform and running small comparisons.
